SCHEDULE An authorized road TEST

 include when making an appointment:

• Students Name, Date of Birth,
• Student's HOLD DATE on the back of their permit
• email address /phone number
• Any documents to review, like certificates!
• DPS processing appointment date/time/location if you have it!
